About the Program
Are you a passionate education major looking for real-life classroom experience? Olentangy Schools, in collaboration with Olentangy Education Foundation, presents the Representative Staffing Experience Pre-Service Mentorship Program. This unique opportunity allows college students from diverse backgrounds to gain invaluable hands-on experience in an Olentangy Schools classroom.
Program Highlights
Mentorship: Work closely with experienced Olentangy teachers who are committed to your success.
Diversity Focus: Open to students who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color (BIPOC). Our student body is 30% BIPOC, and we believe in representative staffing.
Scholarship: Receive $1000 scholarship and $250 travel stipend to support your educational journey.
Duration: August to December 2024 (Fall Semester) or January to May 2025 (Spring Semester)
Eligibility: Students with 2 years or more of education college curriculum are encouraged to apply.
